What we collect and why

This website does not itself collect or store personal information. You may share personal information with us when you:

• Send an enquiry through our online enquiry form, provided by Famly. Your details (such as your name, contact details and your child's details) are processed by Famly on our behalf so we can respond to you. See Famly's privacy policy.
• Email or call us. We use your details only to respond to your enquiry.

We use enquiry information only to respond to you and manage nursery admissions. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Cookies and third-party services

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they view. It does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors and does not collect personal information. We do not set any other cookies or tracking analytics. Some pages include content from third parties which may set their own cookies:

• Google Maps (contact page map): see Google's privacy policy.
• Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google, which involves your browser sending your IP address to Google.

How long we keep information

Enquiry information is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting admission, in line with our data retention policy. You can request a copy of the policy by email.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any right, email info@tillymintscherubs.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
